  3. Securely package the item and ship it to the designated return address provided by our team.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
