Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within three (3) business days following the receipt of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 PST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email should there be any significant delays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process in US.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International shipping times may vary based on location and customs clearance procedures.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
